CPA/CS/CCP Edith Jebiwot Rotich

Operations Manager

CPA/CS/CCP Edith Jebiwot Rotich is a seasoned Finance, Credit, Governance, and Human Resource professional with over 15 years’ experience in the Cooperative sector. She has built a distinguished career in SACCO management, rising through technical and leadership roles that span credit management, financial operations, institutional governance, and people management. She holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance and Strategic Management) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting option), and is professionally qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K), Certified Public Secretary (CPS-K), Certified Credit Professional (CCP-K), and a qualified Human Resource Professional. Edith is a member of ICPAK, ICPSK, ICM-K and AWAK. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration (Finance), with research titled “The moderating effect of financial innovations on the relationship between financing structure and financial performance of regulated SACCOs in Kenya.” In addition, she is undertaking a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, further strengthening her governance and legal oversight capabilities. Edith has also served on various boards and committees, and is a national award recipient from KASNEB for being the top student nationwide in various examinations. She is passionate about strong governance, sustainable financial institutions, ethical leadership, and people-centered management.

Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, and member service

Evelyne Nduta Thuku

Accountant

A results-driven finance and cooperative management professional with strong expertise in accounting, financial systems, and SACCO operations. A CPA-qualified finance professional, bringing together solid financial acumen and a deep understanding of cooperative and member-based institutions, bringing strong expertise in SACCO accounting, financial systems and compliance. She plays a key role in strengthening financial governance, supporting diaspora remittances, and driving system efficiency.

Credit & Risk Officer

CCOP Justus Thumbi Mwangi is a Certified Cooperative Professional (CCOP) and a member of the Kenya Society of Professional Cooperators (KSPC). He is an experienced Credit and Operations professional with a strong background in SACCO operations, credit appraisal, customer service, and financial administration. With over 10 years of hands-on experience in the cooperative sector, Justus supports loan processing, credit risk management, member relations, and operational efficiency. His work contributes to sound financial decisions, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth while safeguarding member value within the SACCO movement.

Finance & Administration Officer

CPA Peter Mbugua Wainaina is a Certified Public Accountant (CPAK) and a Finance graduate serving as the Finance and Administration Officer. With professional training and years of experience in SACCO financial management, He oversees financial reporting, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and daily administrative operations. His role ensures the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the SACCO, supporting sustainable growth and member value.
