Loan Details
- The maximum amount borrowed is Kshs. 1,000,000.
- The maximum amount borrowed shall not exceed four (x4) times the member’s deposits.
- A non-refundable processing fee of 1.5% of loan amount shall be paid in or be recovered from new loan.
- The interest rate is 1% per month on reducing balance or 12 % per annum on reducing balance.
- Refinancing is not allowed.
- The repayment period for this loan cannot exceed 24 months.
