Janet has been in the HealthCare profession for the last 13 years, and is currently a travel Nurse. When not traveling, she is an IT Consultant in implementing Electronic Health Records (EHR) across hospitals across the USA. My passion is to see others succeed by knowing their worth not just as nurses, but as IT consultants, by mentoring, advising, and guiding both new and experienced nurses. Janet is a Board member and Co-founder of Kenya North America Diaspora SACCO (K-NADS), a for-profit Only Women’s Sacco, and serves as Chair of the Vetting Committee, and a member Loan/Credit Committee. She is a member of the Kenya USA Diaspora SACCO based in Atlanta Georgia. She is a member of the Kenya Women in the United States, (KWITU), an NGO that connects, supports, and empowers Kenyan women living in US, by providing community support services to help those in need, and represents the DFW-KWITU halter based in Dallas TX. She is a members of SISI KWA SISI (SKS), a KWITU benevolent fund.
A proud Army wife and a Navy mother of one, Janet currently lives in Big Sandy TX. In her free time, she loves to fish, hunt, and golf, and traveling.
